92 pkr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm that a player meets these eligibility requirements. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

If we have reason to believe a player is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately and investigate. Any winnings accrued by a player who is found to be underage will be voided and the deposit refunded to the verified account holder.
Each individual may hold only one active account on 92 pkr. Opening multiple accounts – whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited. Where 92 pkr identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts will be closed, any pending bonuses forfeited, and withdrawals from duplicate accounts may be declined pending investigation.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92 pkr account credentials. You must not share your username or password with anyone. 92 pkr will not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security. All 92 pkr accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, bets, deposits, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion and no foreign exchange risk to the player.
92 pkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available in Pakistan: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), Visa debit/credit card, and Mastercard debit/credit card. The availability of specific payment methods may change and is subject to the conditions of each payment provider.
Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 15 minutes of approval under normal circumstances. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to one business day. 92 pkr does not charge a fee on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever possible. 92 pkr may request additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals or if the account has not previously been verified.
You must only use payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted. Any withdrawal will only be sent to an account verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Violation of this rule may result in withdrawal delays and account investigation.
Anti-Money Laundering: 92 pkr is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We monitor transactions and may request documentation to verify the source of funds. Cooperation with such requests is required and failure to provide documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 92 pkr are subject to wagering requirements and time limits that are specified in the individual promotion terms. Where general Terms conflict with promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds requirements, and expiry date for each bonus are published in the relevant promotion section. 92 pkr reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where a player is found to have violated the wagering conditions.
Welcome bonuses are available to new 92 pkr players only and are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Any attempt to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may result in account closure.
92 pkr reserves the right to exclude any player from bonus offers, cancel bonuses, and void associated winnings if we identify patterns of bonus abuse including low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, or any other behaviour that we reasonably determine is undertaken primarily to exploit promotional terms rather than for genuine recreational betting.
Additional promotions are available to members of the 92 pkr VIP Club. These are governed by the VIP Club terms which are available on the VIP Club page. VIP status and associated benefits may be modified by 92 pkr with reasonable notice.
A bet is confirmed when 92 pkr displays a bet confirmation screen and the bet is reflected in your account's bet history. It is your responsibility to verify the bet details before submission. 92 pkr will not be liable for incorrectly placed bets that result from player error.
All bets on 92 pkr are settled based on official results published by the relevant sporting governing body. For cricket, this includes results issued by the ICC, PCB, and the relevant domestic board. For football, this includes results as confirmed by the official competition organiser. In the event of a discrepancy between results sources, 92 pkr will use the official governing body's result as final.
If an event is abandoned, suspended, or cancelled before the minimum playtime required for settlement has been completed, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport, including minimum overs requirements for cricket match bets, are available in the sports-specific rules section. Bets where a result has already been determined at the point of abandonment may stand at 92 pkr's discretion.
Where an obvious error in odds has occurred – for example, a decimal odds price of 0.10 that was clearly intended as 1.10 – 92 pkr reserves the right to void bets placed on those erroneous odds. We will notify affected players and return stakes promptly. 92 pkr's determination of what constitutes an obvious error is final.
Maximum single bet payout limits apply and vary by sport and market. The applicable limit for any given market is displayed at the point of bet placement. Accumulated winnings on accumulator bets are also subject to the maximum payout cap. Any winnings exceeding this limit will be capped at the published maximum.
PSL Betting: Specific rules apply to PSL betting markets on 92 pkr, including Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method results, player availability, and minimum overs requirements. These rules are published in full on the PSL Betting page and form part of these Terms by reference.
All casino games available on 92 pkr use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated in real time. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG or by actual card/roulette mechanics and cannot be influenced by 92 pkr or by any player.
In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game mid-round, 92 pkr will use game server logs to determine the state of play at the point of failure and resolve the round accordingly. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined from the logs, stakes will be returned to the player's account. 92 pkr's decision in technical failure cases is final.
The 92 pkr poker room operates standard international poker rules with additional table-specific rules published on the poker page. Collusion between players, use of automated bots, and use of real-time assistance software are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, free bets, and winnings that arose from the breach may be forfeited. Legitimate deposits will be returned via the original payment method following investigation.
You may request to close your 92 pkr account at any time by contacting support@92pkr.world. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.
92 pkr collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
We collect only the data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments, and comply with applicable legal obligations. All content on the 92 pkr platform including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design is the property of 92 pkr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without express written permission from 92 pkr.
The 92 pkr name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of 92 pkr. Use of these trademarks without written authorisation is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92 pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or from any outcome of any bet or game. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
92 pkr's total liability to any player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rs 50,000, whichever is lower.
92 pkr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. We will endeavour to give advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible and to resolve unplanned issues as quickly as possible.

92 pkr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required urgently to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
Continued use of the 92 pkr platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
